Steve bought my system as a way to lose weight and entertain his friends (and impress his dates). He expressed a problem with the wok being unstable on his gas stove. Several emails later it dawned on me that Steve was using only one hand when he was stir frying. Why?... he thought he saw me using one hand in the DVD's and assumed this was the "expert way". I assured him that I use both hands and that two hands are definitely better than one (that's what the wok mitt is for). The moral of the story is that the "expert way" is whatever works for YOU, and this goes for seasonings, sauces, and your own stir fry combinations. Now, Steve's really "got it". In his last email he said:   "Soon, I'm sure I'll be able to wok just about anything edible."

"My date was totally blown away when I did the shrimp & asparagus for her. I really looked like I knew what I was doing. I knew next to nothing about cooking but do now."
